I found the check-in smooth and efficient. The staff were attentive and cute. my room had a welcome bottle of wine. breakfast included many choices. I consider this a superb offering. the location near the underground provided convenient access to the city.

we celebrated our anniversary. the reception team greeted us with warmth. the room had balloons, wine, and flowers, it was a lovely experience. the concierge provided attentive service.
the tvs seemed older, they lacked casting ability, and the internet connection was not strong.

the staff are kind. martin greeted me well, he helped us with our bags and welcomed us into our room. he also showed us everything we needed to know about the room. breakfast was excellent and the staff was helpful.
the rooms are not have smart tvs. i thought being 5 star i would be able to watch netflix without needing a hdmi cable. i booked a sky high double guest room and the bed was only a double. it was really comfortable but i was expecting the bes to be bigger especially considering the price compared to the other rooms available.

the bathroom plug, well, it just didn't work. i told reception and they sent someone while i was out, but nothing changed. then the spa, which i was looking forward to, it disappointed me. the jacuzzi wasn't working and the pool reminded me of icewater.

The staff addressed my needs promptly. i received welcome drinks. It was a nice touch. the hotel offered birthday decorations and prosecco. breakfast provided a tasty selection. It was a good start to the day.
The tvs seemed a bit old. I couldn't cast to them easily, and the internet was somewhat lacking.

the breakfast was acceptable with various options available to order from a menu and a buffet.
i found brown stains on the bath towels two days consecutively this was a real concern and affected my experience. the carpet looked old and dirty i have concerns about the room cleanliness especially since i saw dust here and there.
